QuantFarm Partners with INSIST to accelerate ML/AI Projects
Partnership with INSIST, to help Indian Conglomerates accelerate Data Driven Transformation .
MUMBAI: R Suresh, the former managing director and promoter of Stanton Chase in India, has started a boutique search and consulting firm INSIST Executive Search.
“INSIST primarily focuses on servicing Indian conglomerates for hiring global top league talent and supporting PE invested turnarounds in Indian landscape and highly specialized R&D positions,” said Suresh, the former India head of RGF Executive Search.The company has set up 2 offices – in Mumbai and Bangalore with the third office in Gurgaon is likely to start this year. It has set up a global research center in India for tracking Indian origin talent in US and Europe across pharma, automotive and digital technology sectors. Their mapping exercise covers roughly 60% of senior executives of Indian origin in those geographies, said Suresh.
INSIST has tied up a strategic partnership with a Chinese firm called Global Sage, which has a presence in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and works closely with Chinese conglomerates.
INSIST has also tied up with artificial intelligence and big data consulting firm based in California called QuantFarm, which will act as an advisor to INSIST on executive research.
“This will help Indian companies induct talent to lead transformational journey replete with big data, AI and automation projects,” said Suresh. QuantFarm will provide consulting services to Indian companies in the digital transformational areas.
